Every year the opening day of Seattle’s boating season is the first Saturday in May. This year due to Covid 19 restrictions Seattle Yacht Club will not be hosting any live Opening Day events but Seattle Singles Yacht Club will be having a live event of our own.

Saturday May 1st in appreciation of SYC and every opening day we have been privileged enough to attend, we are having a little fun Covid 19 style.  All boats will be Covid 19 compliant.

SSYC is renting Electric Boats (the luxurious 12 person variety) to take a leisurely tour of Lake Union and there about.  Check out the Luxury Edition of the Electric Boats from the Electric Boat Company and let our Member At Large know if you would like to get on a boat.  If you prefer you can come to a Monday night zoom meeting to register.  All Skipper and Steward slots are taken but boat space in available. The cost for the boat trip is included in Annual Membership.  Stewards will be reaching out to arrange food and beverages for the trip.
