Nominations Meeting - Board Position Candidates for 2022 and SSYC Board recommended bylaw amendments
Come hear from our board candidates for 2022. We will be revealing the slate, taking nominations from the floor and listening to candidate speeches. Be prepared for the meeting to go until 9pm.
Margarita Contest: As in the “spoon full of sugar” concept we are also having a Margarita Contest, courtesy of some amazing skippers. Come see which is your favorite margarita and vote for your margarita and its maker.

November 15th - Nominations Meeting
November 16th - Zoom Discussion regarding recommended bylaw changes. Check Calendar for specifics.

November 19th - Electronic Ballots and voter pamphlet emailed to membership.
December 5th - Electronic Ballots due back by midnight.
December 6th - Election results read at the general meeting.
As discussed at the 11/1/21 General Meeting - this is the evening we need to have quorum met per our bylaws. We will need to have over 50%+ of our Annual Members participating in this meeting via zoom or in person. The quorum figure is currently at 54 members. Please plan on attending this meeting in person or on zoom so that we can have a legal and binding election.
