Larry's christmas party & Open House

Larry Gill invites all SSYC annual members to a Christmas Dock side Party on board M/V Tara, (Elliott Bay Marina, dock “D”, slip “1”) and also to a complete open house Happy Hour Christmas event offered to all Marina tenants and their guests, which includes a happy hour in their offices 5:30 – 6:30, free drinks and snacks, and thereafter, an open marina tour of all lighted boats and docks in the entire marina. 

Larry Gill’s event, will be hosting a Christmas Happy Hour potluck event on board M/V Tara, commencing at 4:30 pm on board ship until 10 PM.

• It is a potluck, so feel free to bring your preference of bar snacks and drinks, although wines and snacks will be furnished by host.
• At 5:30pm, we will walk down to the Harbor Masters Office to participate in free drinks, usually wine and beer, and free snacks.  Individually, SSYC guests may return to the party on M/V Tara any time.   
• At 6:30pm the Harbor Master’s hosted party ends and the Harbormaster’s judging of all lighted boats and docks begins.  Anyone may join the Harbormaster’s judging tour.  Awards will be given for best lighted boats and dock.
• Eventually the judging party will arrive at Tara, to judge her. At that time, all of us will clap and cheer a welcome and offer drink and food to the judges, to show our appreciation for all they do for us all year.

• Decorating Boat, noon-2pm Thursday, 12/12/2024, EBM dock “D”, Slip “1”.
• Bring with you CDs of favorite Christmas Music.
