Details: This year’s event is a Rat Pack themed Night at the Purple Room. Feel free to dress up or just come as you are.

Northwest Harvest, a statewide food relief agency, continues to be in need of donations. Through your participation in the race, auctions, and dinner/dance, you will be contributing to a very worthy organization while having fun at the same time.

Race entries are not limited.

Evening event capacity is limited to 120 tickets for dinner/dance/auction and is expected to sell out.

Limited registration for the race only is available between September 13th and September 21st (during the Mandatory Skippers’ Meeting). If registering on day of the race, please bring this form and payment with you.

In order for the event to run smoothly, we have added a bit of formality by requesting that attendees participate in all of the evening’s events: dinner/dance/auction if attending the awards ceremony.

If you do not anticipate attending the ceremony, you will be mentioned during the event and your award will be mailed to you.

Race registration and tickets can be purchased online or at the weekly Monday night SSYC meetings at China Harbor, Seattle.

Your race registration includes admissions for one to A Night at the Purple Room evening of fun (race awards, dinner, dance, auctions) at the Ballard Elks Lodge until sold out. (Doors open at 5pm)

Crew, spouses, friends, and the public may purchase tickets for the evening online.
